Since landing her first professional role in New York in 1995, Gina Tognoni has spent three decades working as an actress, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. As an actress, Gina has been blessed to work in theater, film, and television. Her credits include the feature films Pride & Loyalty and In the Family and TV hits The Sopranos, Law & Order SVU, Fast Lane, This Time Around, and Phenomenon. However, Gina is probably best known for her roles on One Life to Live, Guiding Light, and The Young & the Restless, where her performances have garnered five Daytime Emmy nominations and three wins, including Outstanding Lead Actress in a Daytime Drama Series in 2017. Away from the set, Gina has worked with numerous charities, including the American Red Cross, the ASPCA, the HandsOn Network, and the Hoboken Homeless Shelter. In 2013, she undertook her most ambitious philanthropic endeavor to date – Sole9 Shoes. Working alongside her father, uncle, and brother, who have been in the shoe business for four decades, Gina spearheaded the design and launch of a line of women’s shoes which she christened Sole9.
